Eastern Anatolia

Eastern Anatolia is a region where altitude decides everything. High lakes, the mouths of extinct craters and stone cities abandoned on mountain plateaus appear at the end of long roads. The climate is harsh and the distances are long, but in return there are Türkiye’s quietest and widest views.
