Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

TürkiyeCennet is operated by DNDR Labs. Any request under this policy may be sent to support@dndr.net.

2. Data processed

When you view a page, the following is recorded on our own servers:

• Your IP address
• The date and time of the visit
• The address of the page viewed
• Technical information about the connection

These records are processed in order to deliver the service, measure usage and detect abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and sustainably (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Retention

Visit records are retained for a maximum of 90 days and are deleted at the end of that period. They are not used for marketing, sold, or transferred to third parties.

4. Cookies

No advertising or analytics cookies are used. Only two technical values are stored in your browser: your language preference and — solely when the site administrator signs in — an administrative session cookie. Neither is used to profile visitors.

5. Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and map layers are rendered fromMapTiler and OpenStreetMap data. The contact form is delivered through Formspree. These providers process the data technically necessary to deliver the service under their own policies.

6. Imagery

Every photograph on this site is a real photograph and is licensed (CC0, public domain, CC BY or CC BY-SA). No AI-generated imagery is used. Source, photographer and licence details are listed in the project's CREDITS.md file.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, and Türkiye's KVKK, you have the right to access the data processed about you, to request its correction or erasure, and to object to its processing. Requests may be sent to support@dndr.net. Including the date of the visit, and the IP address where known, allows the record to be identified more quickly.

8. Changes

Any change to this policy is published on this page and the effective date is updated accordingly.
